MyGleam, your go-to cleaning partner, advocates for eco-friendly practices with our green cleaning products. Our insured, bonded and expertly trained cleaning staff ensure your home is in safe hands. Plus, our online platform lets you book and manage appointments easily, with no cash required.

That’s up to you! Provide entry instructions when booking. If our cleaners can’t access your place or you’re not there as expected, a lock-out fee may apply.

Yes, we are. Your trust matters to us, and we take it seriously. If any unlikely damage occurs, notify us within 48 hours at contact@tidytask.com.au or 1300 123 123.

Yes, we are. However, if your pet might be anxious during our visit, kindly arrange a comfortable alternative for them. We consider pets in our online booking process.

Account & Billings

We accept all major credit and debit cards. Unfortunately, we do not accept cash payments.

Tipping is optional and not expected. MyGleam provides an easy online tipping option for your convenience.

Upon confirming your appointment, a deposit fee of 10% of the total cost will be charged to your card. The remaining 90% will be charged upon completion of the cleaning service. An automated email with the transaction summary will notify you when and how much your card has been charged.

To update your billing information, log into our online portal using your email and password and edit your billing information in the “Payment Details” section.

A $50 cancellation fee applies to appointments not cancelled by 3PM the day before the appointment. For specialty cleans, a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the quoted price applies to appointments not cancelled by 3PM the day before the appointment.

Home Cleaning

At MyGleam, we are committed to providing eco-friendly cleaning supplies (apart from our Australian approved disinfectants) along with most of the necessary equipment for cleaning your property. However, we do not provide the following:

  • Vacuum Cleaner
  • Standard mop and bucket
  • Step stool
  • Toilet brush
  • Specialty products, including but not limited to:
  • Heavy-duty bathroom cleaner
  • Wood cleaner
  • Bleach
  • Stainless steel cleaner

 

Our cleaning staff would be more than happy to use these items if you provide them, and they are left in an easily visible spot with usage instructions.

Our cleaners come equipped with a versatile wet/dry mop for cleaning non-carpeted areas. However, without a vacuum cleaner, our team might not be able to clean carpeted areas effectively.

For properties that recently underwent construction or renovations, we offer a tailored post-construction cleaning service. You can request a quote here.

Absolutely, you can leave specific instructions for our cleaning team when you schedule your appointment online. After the cleaning service is completed, we encourage you to rate your MyGleam experience and provide feedback by submitting to contact@tidytask.com.au.

Office Cleaning

We cater to both. Our cleaning staff can service your office during the day or night, as per your preference.

Many clients provide us with keys for after-hours cleaning, ensuring uninterrupted work schedules. Our team members are insured and bonded, and MyGleam facilitates all necessary coordination with your building manager.

Indeed, all our cleaners are equipped with a comprehensive kit of cleaning supplies & equipment. If you opt for ongoing service, we also provide heavier equipment such as vacuums, mops, and squeegees.

Absolutely. Quality control is a cornerstone of MyGleam’s services. Our manager typically accompanies the cleaners during their initial visit and conducts regular follow-ups to ensure consistent, high-quality service.

If you’re not content with your clean, a free re-clean can be requested.

Should you require a re-clean, please contact us via email (contact@tidytask.com.au) or phone (1300 123 123)— provided the appointment was completed within the last 48 hours. The reclean must be scheduled and carried out within 72 hours of contacting us.

Any cleaning job completed within the past 48 hours is eligible for the Gleam Guarantee. The guarantee does not apply to:

  • Appointments completed more than 48 hours ago
  • Items not included on our checklists
  • Complimentary cleans
  • Re-cleans
  • Homes in non-standard conditions (e.g., biohazards, hoarding, etc.)
  • Extra services not booked for the original appointment
  • Post-construction/post-renovation cleans
  • Move-out cleans
